What documents do I need to get connected?
A copy of your national ID card and one photo is all it takes. Businesses will also need a copy of their trade license.
Do I have to buy a router?
If you already have one, we'll configure it for you. If not, you can get a quality router from us at a fair price.
Can I change my package later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply from the next billing month. There is no extra charge either way.
How quickly are line problems fixed?
Once you report it on our hotline, we first diagnose it remotely. If it's a cable fault, a technician usually fixes it the same day.
