Why is BDIX speed higher than my package speed?
Content from local servers and our own cache servers doesn't use international bandwidth, so it can reach you faster than your package limit.
Do the listed prices include VAT?
No. Listed prices exclude VAT, which is added to your monthly bill at the government-set rate. There are no other hidden charges.
Why don't I get full speed on Wi-Fi?
Wi-Fi speed depends on walls and distance, your router's quality and how many devices are in use at once. For an accurate reading, test over a LAN cable — or give our support team a call.
